So you want to know a little about me? PERFECT! I will make it short (I think). I was born….just kidding. The easiest way to describe me is that I have a passion for helping people. I always wanted to go into politics, then I found my true calling as a recruiter. I started in staffing back in the late 90’s. From there I worked in contingency firms and then into corporate recruiting.  It wasn’t until May of 2009 that my true calling was found. I was laid off from the Wachovia organization and during my time I contemplated on my life’s meaning (not really, but I did do a lot of thinking). I made the decision to start teaching people in transition how Recruiters looked for talent and thus TAC Services LLC was born!!! Formally, I am an Employment/ Social Media Consultant specializing in candidate identification and development using both traditional and non-traditional means. I have recruited in the financial services, cable communications, manufacturing, and technology industries. My searches have ranged from sales positions to C-level positions and my ability to identify and develop relationships has earned me accolades from leaders and peers alike. I conduct presentations on the effective use of Linkedin and other social media sites to network and build relationships. I offer services to individuals on how to not only find the jobs they are looking for, but how to connect with people to find the jobs that are not out there.  In my spare time, I serve as a speaker to various organizations providing outreach to those who are currently in a career transition environment. I was recently published in an eBook entitled “Ignite Your Passion”. In this book, I outline steps to using your passion to direct your career development. I am proud to call the Charlotte, NC area home and when I am not out making friends, I am spending time with my dog Charlie.
